This is an example of my photographic project between 1998 and 2003 across Europe. I worked on a project that started from my fascination with past eras and music. I wanted to photograph different people in music festivals showing their passion for the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s as a way of living. This experience was like time travelling and I got to meet exciting people all across Europe. All photographs were taken in black and white without flash using 3200 Ilford film. For my portraits I used mainly the light of the street or natural light. The grain of the picture was a characteristic I took as part of my signature.
